Driver was not present at airport upon our arrival. I waited 15 minutes before calling the business phone, driver answered and told me he was not coming. He said the company never informed him of a pickup that day. I booked this private transfer to avoid dealing with random taxis at 3am, but that’s exactly what I was forced to do. Please do not book with company.

Paid way to much to be driven by a taxi driver in a fairly beat up old Toyota. Clearly not what we expected. Will not use Viator for future airport transfers.

I used the service on two occasions. One instance the driver had to wait for me for over an hour due to late departure of the plane but he was there and waited with me at destination to make sure I am safe. Highly recommended
