A great experience, Ash our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The jumping crocodiles were amazing, great to see them in the wild. Lunch was a pub lunch, fresh and tasty.

Cruise ship passengers BEWARE! We were unable to dock in Darwin due to weather/sea conditions. We had a pre-arranged, pre paid tour to see the "jumping crocodiles". This company is only offering to refund 1/2 of our money. So we are out 1/2 our money paid due to no fault of our own. This is quite unfair. In all my years of cruising I have never had a company not provide a full refund when the ship is unable to dock.. Wire transfer was required to pay, so no credit card to help in dispute. This company has very poor policies and would not recommend using them. I am a very dissatisfied traveler, feeling quite angry at this situation.

The whole experience was great the highlight being the cruise & guide she was so knowledgeable & very entertaining a credit to the NT
