David was an excellent and efficient guide. We really enjoyed our day touring Nairobi. The downtown traffic is not for the faint of heart and he was a pro at navigating the busy streets.

Absolute must if spending a day in Nairobi before your safari! This tour has all the best sites available in one. Our guide, Black Santa, was a true blessing and highly recommended!!
We were picked up at our hotel first thing in the morning and we were on our way to explore Nairobi. Santa was very knowledgeable and told us everything we wanted to know about Nairobi and the places we were visiting.
The elephant orphanage is open for 1 hour a day to visitors. It's a definite must see! Santa told us exactly where to stand and what to expect to have the best experience. We enjoyed it so much there and it was so touching we ended up adopting 2 elephants as gifts for our elephant lovers in our family. ($50/year).
The giraffe centre was amazing - allows you to have an up close experience with the Rothschild giraffes! A knowledgeable guide at the centre told us all about the 3 types of giraffes in Kenya. Perfect photo opportunities with giraffes here!
Santa took us to an authentic African restaurant for lunch. We made best use of our time by ordering from the car and going to visit the Kazuri bead factory while our food was being made. When we came back our food was ready, hot and delicious!!
It was very touching to hear about the mission of the Kazuri bead factory. We were able to see beads being made and saw the entire process from the raw clay to the final products. The women there were friendly and very talented! Excellent prices in the store at the end of the tour! So glad we were able to come here!
Our final stop was at Bomas of Kenya where we were entertained by local dances from around the country. Before leaving we walked around and saw examples of homes/villages from the past.
He also took us to a souvenir shop where the money they make helps the local people. Once you visit, you understand how much they really benefit from this small income. Beautiful things to remember your adventure.
Overall, we had a fantastic day with Black Santa and are so glad we booked this trip!
