We had an excellent day tour to Islamic and Coptic Cairo with Mahmoud! Mahmoud knows EVERYTHING about the history of these beautiful sites and took great photos of my mom and me. He also got us an excellent lunch of Koushari, I definitely appreciated him making sure I got a great vegetarian meal!
