After initially a misunderstanding and incorrect cancellation, Tours Marsa Alam made a huge effort to make our tour happen. They stayed in very close contact with us, arranged alternative transportation to Luxor, we met with our guide, Ahmed, who spoke excellent English, was very knowledgeable and very kind. He provided plenty of water, soft drinks and fruit. We had an excellent day visiting the Temple of Karnak, the Colossi of Memnon and the Valley of the Kings. The food provided (we ended up having a packed lunch due to time constraints) was excellent Egyptian food, very very tasty. Thank you very much for a great day.
