So usually I wouldn't write a bad review but I feel like there might be some lessons learned for others. I had read the other reviews before my trip so I expected to be picked up a bit later than expected (15 min later in my case). On the way to Chefchaouan we made one stop on a place where we had a panoramic view (5-10 min) to take pictures and one other toilet stop at some place/restaurant (10 min), not Rif hotel. So there was no 30 min break. Since no one complained, we continued. Then we arrived in Chefchaouen (5 min before drop off) at some panoramic place to take pictures since you had a nice view of Chefchaouen there. The driver then told us that we only had 3 hours in Chefchaouen (not 4h) and that the time would start right now. After he dropped us off we had a discussion with him. He argued that he was fasting (it was Ramadan) and needed to get back earlier. None of this was communicated to us beforehand. Keep in mind that I am a brown, Muslim woman myself so it is safe to say that I have an understanding and respect for the culture and religion but this was not ok. It didn't make sense to drive almost 8 hours (there and back) to a place and just have 3 hours there. He quickly got annoyed and started yelling at me. We finally agreed to have 3 h 30 min in the city but this whole fight almost ruined the trip for me. I felt very disrespected about the way he yelled at me. So make sure to speak to the driver about the itinerary before the trip, especially during Ramadan.

In the morning we were waiting at the pick up point. After 45 min i called the agency number and asked about the pick up situation. They said its cancelled due to the weather ( the weather prognosis was ok, i checked) and that "does not work for them".
