Next, we head to the the Khachkars of Noratus, the largest cemetery of medieval khachkars in Armenia. From Noratus, we travel through the breathtaking Vardenyants (Selim) Pass. This mountain pass, at an altitude of 2,410 meters, offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Our next destination is the charming town of Jermuk, renowned for its natural beauty and healing waters. We begin our exploration of Jermuk with a visit to the Jermuk Waterfall. This impressive 72-meter-high waterfall, also known as “Mermaid’s Hair,” is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Armenia. After enjoying the waterfall, we head to the Mineral Water Gallery. Here, you can taste the famous Jermuk mineral water, known for its therapeutic properties.

    Many think of the Silk Road as a single trail but in fact, there were dozens of routes connecting East and West, most by land, some by sea. They crossed east to west and north and south, the most popular tracing river valleys and lakeshores as they wound their way to their final destinations. You can trace the Silk Road in Armenia by following its caravanserai, or inns; medieval stopping points where caravan riders and their pack animals spent the night. The Selim Pass Caravanserai is a valuable example of these inns along the Armenian Silk Road.

Great trip with very knowledgeable local guide Gayane and driver Lyvova. We got plenty of useful informations about Armenia, it’s culture and people. Itinerary was very good, mix of historical sites and beautiful nature. We even did another tour to Tatev monastery that was good as well. We recommend Yerani tours for exploring Armenia!

Великолепная разнообразная по впечатлениям поездка. Потрясающая природа, водопад, ни с чем несравнимые древние хачкары тысячелетнего кладбища Норатус, колоннада Джермука. В конце поездки - дегустация вин, гостеприимные хозяева показали своё хозяйство, цветущий сад, дали приласкать маленьких пушистых кроликов… в - общем, восторг !!! Нашим гидом была Анастасия. Знаете, всегда очень ценно общение с Личностью, это запоминается надолго. Человек раскрывается со множества сторон, много знает, Анастасия весёлая, смелая, очень дружелюбная - это просто невозможно не оценить ! И водитель Марат, которого я помню со своей прошлогодней поездки с Ерани Трэвел - такие люди остаются в памяти. Профессионал и душевный человек. Огромное спасибо всем!

Ездила в Джермук, на экскурсии была одна и думала, что буду чувствовать себя одиноко среди незнакомых людей, но замечательный гид Карен не заставил скучать. Было очень много интересной информации, шуток. Он очень интересный и внимательный экскурсовод! Так же хочу выразить благодарность водителю Марату, аккуратный водитель, с которым тоже можно интересно пообщаться и он заряжает позитивом! Автобус был очень комфортный, с зарядкой, вай-фаем и водой. Очень понравилась экскурсия, обязательно выберу Yerani Travel еще раз!
