This experience was kindly organised for me and a close friend of mine. From setting sail from Hobart, this was going to be an incredible day. The team was amazing from the diver who caught our seafood, the captain and chefs preparing and cooking in front of us to its presentation. I won't forget shucking a few fresh oysters, trying Abalone for the first time and holding a live sea urchin while scrapping the 'uni' bits to taste. I loved visiting one of the local salmon farms and spotting some seals swimming nearby. With this being my first time in Tassie and only for a short stay, this experience went beyond my expectations. This is a MUST DO experience for all Seafood lovers. Thank you to Tasmanian Wild Seafood Adventures!
