The Deep-to-Dish: Tasmanian Seafood Experiences showcases the best seafood that Tasmania has to offer. A culinary tour like no other, you will see our skilled local divers harvest & prepare for you world-class seafood - each of whom have years of experience in the fishing industry. Please note that we require a minimum of 4 adults to run our charters. If your group is less than this, please contact us directly and we will add you to our waitlist.

Amazing day and a must do when in Hobart. From Julie fitting us on at the last minute to the incredible staff on board it was the perfect day. The freshest of seafood in abundance accompanied by good wine - doesn’t get better! Thanks to the team we had the best day!

Would 100% recommend this tour! Everything from the food to the crew was amazing! The crew are all extremely easy to talk to and are willing to give you anything you need as well as talking us through how to prepare all the food. The boat was in immaculate condition. I could not fault anything about the trip, it was such a great experience to try all different types of seafood in a simple but fresh way.

Fantastic sea to table experience with professional and enthusiastic crew. Especially Dan and Ruby. Delicious seafood and unique hands on experience. Definitely recommend it!
