The Deep-to-Dish: Tasmanian Seafood Experiences showcases the best seafood that Tasmania has to offer. A culinary tour like no other, you will see our skilled local divers harvest & prepare for you world-class seafood - each of whom have years of experience in the fishing industry. Please note that we require a minimum of 4 adults to run our charters. If your group is less than this, please contact us directly and we will add you to our waitlist.

This trip was excellent and unforgettable seafood tasting experience. The boat was comfortable and spacey enough forall people . The team was great , they try to accommodate all wishes of the guests. The seafood combination was very tasty and also educational . Overall, it was very enjoyable trip

Amazing seafood experience cruising the from Hobart around the bay while enjoying the scenery, seafood and champagne. Shane was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. All dishes were delicious, and our favourite were the sushimi abalone, and freshly shucked oysters (learned to do them ourselves!) Thanks team for an amazing day.

We were given tickets as a gift and what a wonderful experience it turned out to be. Cruising gently in the Hobart harbour Captain Dan and the team treated us and a small group of guests to the freshest local seafood imaginable. Cooked to perfection everything from abalone oysters, salmon and crayfish. The boat is comfortable and the cabin spacious. There is plenty of cover out of the weather although we were lucky to enjoy a calm sunny day. Nice local wines are provided to accompany the food. We couldn’t recommend this adventure more highly. If you are looking for a unique dining experience on the water do it!
