I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My queries were promptly responded and speedy process of making travel arrangements. The trip charge was reasonably good and enjoyed the each moment of the trip. During the trip course the guide provided us with lot of information about the place and activities we could do... All the personnel in the Dhow cruise was very cooperative and entertained all their customers...The lunch was just OK, but had enough fruits and drinks..

The only reason I'm not giving this travel agency 5-stars is because the coordinator at location was too busy and not well arranged of our transit to Oman border, However, he managed to guide us over phone and luckily we had enough mobile network coverage.. A special appreciation and thanks to Ms. Manju (Customer support) who has provided us an excellent support...
