The views were awe inspiring. We took lots of pictures. We had a relatively calm day and beautiful weather. We learned a lot about the Blasket islands and the surrounding area.

We did not go. I booked the trip a month in advance. I knew it was weather dependant, but did not know that they DID NOT SELL ENOUGH tickets to make the trip feasable. On the day of the trip I received a phone call in the morning saying that the trip departs half an hour earlier. Two hours later I received a new phone call saying that there is no trip because only seven people booked (bought) trip instead of 70. I don't remember ever seeing such unprofessional boat trip operator. Total disgrace. Perfect weather. We were put the entire morning on the perfect weather day for it to be cancelled an hour and a half earlier. We are so disappointed. We will never book with again. That's for sure.
