Our guide was knowledgeable, fun, and flexible. We were able to connect with him ahead of time and make a slight adjustment to our schedule. It worked out for both of us. We had a great tour of the older parts of the city and a great explanation of the history of how it became what it is today. The only sad part is that we didn’t have more time to spend with our guide, but it was our schedule, not his that didn’t allow it. Next time we’re back, we’re going to take one of his longer tours, especially because, I think, it has food and chocolate included.

the tour was cancelled while we were at the meeting point at the time to meet the guide! no phone call or text! just an email 3 minutes after the time to start. totally unacceptable. do not trust this operator

Great tour with Thomas who had lots of wonderful tidbits of info about Lausanne’s interesting history. We went mostly downhill so not strenuous if you’re tired from this city of hills. I like a tour that is a little more formal just because I don’t know what to ask in a new city - I want to be exposed to what the guide loves and knows about their city!
