Contratamos el desplazamiento en tren de Londres a Oxford, en teoría con el autobús panorámico en Oxford. Unas cuantas consideraciones con algunos aspectos a mejorar (y bastante). Cuando contratamos por internet los servicios de GOLDENTOURS, nos mandaron un correo de confirmación en el que se decía que en un correo posterior, nos mandarían los billetes de tren. Y no fue así. Resulta que teníamos que ir a recogerlos a una oficina física en Londres. En la era digital en la que estamos, ESO ES UN ATRASO. Fuimos a una oficina de GOLDENTOURS cerca de nuestro hotel, en Paddington. Y nos dijeron que no nos podía facilitar allí los billetes, que teníamos que ir a la oficina de Baker St. OTRO ATRASO. Fuimos el día antes, porque así ibamos con más tiempo por si había algún problema... y así fue. Resulta que no podían darnos los billetes un día antes, que teníamos que esperar al mismo día. INCOMPRENSIBLE. Y cuando por fin al otro día vamos y nos facilitan una especie de billete, resulta que no incluían el bus on-off. Resulta que la publicidad en la web induce a error, porque dice que está incluido el autobús, pero luego tienes que marcar dos opciones, y una de ellas es con bus y la otra sin bus. Hay que dejarlo más claro, por favor. Y por último, se debería especificar claramente que agencia de tren es y de donde sale, puesto que en la web no lo explica bien y como la mayoría de trenes salen de Paddington, allí fuimos... y resulta que salían de otra estación. Por favor, una mayor claridad de vuestros productos y más facilidad para los usuarios. Conclusión: ¿Qué sentido tiene comprar unos billetes de tren a esta agencia de viaje si lo puedes hacer directamente en la web de la compañía de tren y te los descargas directamente? Y encima me cobraron más, me imagino que por su “eficiente” gestión. En definitiva, un desastre.

Excellent arrangements, informative guide. Buses are excellent. Office staff is helpful. Toilet arrangements which are essential were provided
