  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The crew was amazing. All of the activities were well coordinated and planned. This was the best excursion we have been on.

Parasail was 4 mins, jet ski was for 10 min. The price for the package was $175 per person which in my opinion is not worth it for the experience. You can spend $180 for 90 min jet ski around the island as a couple which is way more fun.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Had a blast! I highly recommend this adventure. Everything was done in a timely fashion and the crew was personable.
