  • Reclining chairs, shower facilities and family or quiet areas are available on a first come, first served basis. Please note, sleeping facilities are not available in the lounge. Currently, Al Maha Lounge does not offer a pre-booking priority service.
  • During the peak season, access may be restricted due to capacity constraints. You may have to wait in line to get in. And food supplies may not keep up. Please be patient and understanding.
  • The ticket has a short validity period, and non-refundable. If it's a long time before your travel date, we usually make a reservation 2-3 days in advance, just in case of your flight change or cancellation.
This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

    Once in the lounge it was pleasant enough but getting to the lounge was a bit of a nightmare. We followed the written instructions to get to the correct lounge only to be told the lounge was full and to be sent walking about half an hour back the way we came. None of the information desks in the airport seemed to know where the lounge was, and there seemed to be three all by the same name at different ends of the airport. Once in the lounge we had to wait at barstools for some time before comfier chairs became available. Due to it being Ramadan. We also had to request to be that we so desperately needed after racking up 12,000 steps around the airport.

    The food and beverage were very average. The sitting limited and not very comfortable. Having said that it was much better than wondering around the airport for 6 hours

    Op 4 april om 00:30 aangekomen bij de receptie van Al Maha lounge, echter kon ik geen toegang vanwege geen toegangbewijs konden ontvangen. Bij nader email bekeijken kwam ik achter dat iemand Niko Huang heet heeft mijn emailadres gevraagd. Om 02：00 had nogmaal bij de receptie komen. Toen was duidelijk zonder QR code geen toegang. Pas rond 02：30 kreeg ik de QR code toegestuurd. Dan besloot ik niet gebruik gaan maken van de lounge.
