One of the best investments I have made in my life has been this tour to Dolomites (Italian Alps) the experience of being on the mountain, seeing the magnificent landscapes, being in touch with nature, breathing fresh air, enjoying food of the locality... is incredibly unique. Since you leave Venice on your way to Dolomites, the landscape changes dramatically (for the better...and better). It lowered our temperature and started snowing...which made the experience even more beautiful. It is advisable to wear very comfortable shoes and clothes, in a small backpack carry drinking water (for the road, some snaks because the route is long), umbrella and a good coat as a precaution. The service of the transporters is amazing, they drive very cautiously and are good guides during the mountain experience, because they know the best places to eat or buy gifts.

The Dolomite mountain region is absolutely beautiful and it is one of the highlights of our Italy vacation. Cortina and surrounding towns are stunning. We enjoyed every site the driver took us.
