1. When exiting the cruise ship pier take a right.
2. Follow the road uphill for about 2 minutes and you will see a small park on your right.
3. Halfway you will find the entrance gate with a large tree. This is the meeting point.

Woodbridge Bay meeting point:

1. After exiting the port keep right and follow the small shops on your right hand.
2. After about 2 minutes you will see a large tree along the sidewalk and a small beach on the
right. This is the meeting point.

  • The canyoning tour takes about 4 hours
  • Canyoning is weather dependent and may be cancelled last minute

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Amazing experience! Big Papoa and Benny were our guides. Both are very very professional but fun. Not once did I feel unsafe, although I had never repelled. Great, great experience...top five in life's most memorable events. My husband and I paid a little extra for a private tour. and it was worth it. Don't miss this activity and if you go, request Benny and Big Papa. They are fun and you will also learn a lot from them about the island, all while they are keeping you safe.

We did the canyoning trip when in Dominica in Feb 2023 to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary - and the experience was definitely the highlight of our trip! We have done quite a bit of adventurous travel, and canyoning is right up there as one of the most fun activities we've ever done! Niels, the owner, and Akeel were our guides. We felt totally safe with them, their instruction was clear and thorough, and they were also SO FUN! The canyon is stunningly beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. I highly recommend this amazing adventure!

If you are moderately athletic, this is a wonderful way to experience the unique canyons and waters of Dominica. Jumping into small waterfalls, rappelling off rock walls, and picking and climbing through the river on rocks on the canyon was so much fun! Our guides, Jeremy and Benny, were amazingly knowledgeable and caring. We felt very safe and they were also very entertaining. Who would have thought singing in a canyon would be similar to singing in the shower?? In addition to their bouldering and rappelling skills, it was fascinating to learn about plants and gardening on Dominica, as well as plans to develop Dominica whilst hopefully keeping it clean and pristine. Thanks so much guys for a really great morning!
