You cannot help but feel the magic as you rappel off a mushroom shaped waterfall into a deep, cool, blue. This is after scrambling through spectacular scenery. After preparing for your canyoning adventure at our base camp you will be driven to the entrance of the canyon. Upon entering the canyon will be briefed on safety and canyoning techniques.This tour includes rappels, cliff jumps, and hiking. After spending two to three hours in the canyon you have a short 30-minute climb/hike out of the canyon. Upon exiting the jungle your transportation will be waiting to take you back to base camp to enjoy a Dominican style lunch. This canyoning tour can only be described as amazing.This tour is great for beginners, but we do recommend a reasonable level of fitness. This tour is not suited for those under 12 years old. Our guides were friendly and entertaining. We felt totally safe and at ease the entire time. The kids had a blast. Also the lunch was amazing.

Trip started with punctual pickup! Our guide, Helmut, was very professional and friendly. We were a 60 something couple amongst 20-30 something’s and Helmut was daft at keeping the young people happy while making sure we had additional time to catch our breath. The other guide, Alberto, made sure I was well taken care of the entire time. The activities were exhilarating and the views breathtaking. The delicious food and cold beer afterwards was a great topper! I would highly recommend this experience for all.

Helmut is a true professional and above all a great person. We were 7 people on the trip. The trip with him was special, surprising and especially enjoyable. Stunning views, canyoning and fun jumps, great water and a very, very enjoyable trip. At the end of the trip we were served an excellent lunch. Everything was in a great atmosphere. I highly recommend the trip with Helmut, the man is amazing. Many thanks.
