Paid for VIP departure, was soooo disappointed. It was dirty, the ashtrays were full, none of the chairs or furniture was wiped down after children touched everything. Staff joined us in the smoking room, removing their masks putting us at risk so they can have a smoke. I paid 40$ to be there, and staff used it for the breaks instead. I was expecting more in terms of food. I've had better service, food, and drink in poorer countries like Cuba. My Nexus/Sunwing Rep was the best! Domingo went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip! Thanks so much for all the hard work you do.
