Our driver never came so we were told we would receive our 150usd back… that was on April 10. I keep trying to reach Kelly Tours via whatsapp and emails but they keep ignoring me. I would love to give a nice review but based on the fact we feel we were lied to….I need to be honest

We have been using Kelly Tours for the past few years for airport tranfers to our resort. Kelly and his team have always been on time and very courteous and friendly. We will continue to use them!!

Kelly the owner put us in a Taxi upon arrival at the airport. We prepaid for beer and water yet there weren’t any. He handed the Taxi driver some cash to stop to buy the beer and water. Well he didn’t give the taxi driver enough money so we had to make another stop where the beer was cheaper. After a 12 hour travel day who wants to have to stop. I’m still waiting on a refund for the additional beers. I have sent several emails but no response. Return trip to the airport again was not a Kelly tour bus appeared to be an independent contractor. The driver was on time however, upon arrival at the airport he took us to the wrong terminal even after we confirmed which airline we were flying. Also, we had to send a message to Kelly to ask what time our pickup would be since he was not proactive in doing so. Will absolutely NOT recommend this company!!
