The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Ok service, but may not recommend in future. The drivers were fine, but the airport pick up was late and the representative at the airport was no where to be found. Someone had to go find her. When she did arrive 20 minutes later, she waltzed over like she didn't have a care in the world and was a royal B-----. Not the first impression of the island we wanted. We had low standards for service after that and a back up for return pick up in case it was needed. The return trip went okay, but still left a poor impression.

Very prompt and courteous. We were at our hotel within one hour of landing. They picked us up on time and were very nice. Highly recommend!

It was supposed to be private transfer and it was shared!! Liars!
Then of course when I sent message they stopped replying! Do NOT recommend.
