In this experience, for the day we will do a loop around the valley by car making 3 major stops, 2 of them to visit 2 wineries, both very local and very intimate wineries with a local producer that will show us their vines and give us some of his products to try as regular wines, homemade Port wine, olive oil, tapenade, bread, jams, and seasonal fruits. For Lunch, we will go to a small tavern at Pinhão and we will have 2 dishes, meat, and fish, salad, and drinks, amazing vegetarian and vegan options are possible too, we just need to know in advance. To relax, we will have 1-hour boat cruise along the Douro River to see the wildest part of the vines and the very old wineries and terraces. Arrival in Porto is around 6:30 PM

Our guide, Rui, was awesome! The vineyards were amazing and Dora cooked a meal that was fabulous. The entire day was personal and intimate. Highly highly recommend. Worth every bit of what we paid!

This tour was excellent and our guide Tito was awesome! Going in a small group of 8 is the best way to experience the Douro Valley. We were the only people at both of the vineyards we visited and that meant we got very personal service and had a lot of fun with the winemakers and their staff. Again, because it was a small group we got to know the others in the group well and had a lot of laughs! We thoroughly enjoyed the whole day and would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful experience. Andre was a fabulous guide, extremely knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with. One of the best tour guides. This is a must do tour when visiting Porto. FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE!
