Cancelled 48 hrs before by the host (but the guy is still available the same day for other tour the same day). Not serious

The experience was cancelled with no notice from anyone. We walked over 40 minutes and no one was there. We then tried to contact the tour director and she had cancelled a few days before but no notice etc was sent to me!!
