Absolutely shocking and definitely not worth the money. We paid over £300 for a family of four, they sell you an ‘experience’ when actually what you get is very little. The main part of the experience is the huge water tank, that you can see for FREE in the mall, without purchasing a ticket. You are told that you will see an array of experiences, but what you see is a few animals, in poor, small enclosures, nothing extra, yet they have been listed as separate experiences. When I asked to speak to a manager, they just didn’t understand why a 40min experience costing over £300 wasn’t acceptable. Definitely would not recommend on any level.

Every thing was perfect including breakfast and other service and everyone is helpful like from reception to room service provider specially Sumit was very helpful Advisable to go and Stay four points by Sheraton

This experience was actually amazing yes you can see the tanks from the mall but when you do the whole experience it’s so different and so much to do inside well worth the money .
