Worst experience. We got up early in the morning. No one came to pick up and now Viator asks to share experience. Struggle is now I have to work to get money back which is expensive.

I enjoyed the hot air balloon ride in the desert. The views of the dessert are magnificent. I was able to see gazelles running in the dessert and camels. The Sunset views were beautiful. Our captain did a awesome job explaining the procedures and landed us safely! I had a great experience and the staff the was very friendly.
