Upon arrival staff were rude and not very direct. Lacked any clear signage at points on where to wait or where to go. Challenging for guests who did not read/speak English.
The view at the top is good.
Upon trying to go to dinner, I was told I had to go down to floor 3 as well as up to floor 135 by two different staff members. Finally made it into a queue, to be taken from that queue, to do 3 lift rides and walk through multiple staff corridors to finally get to a staff member who took us to the restaurant.
Arriving at the restaurant was told E-Tickets were not valid and needed a paper ticket (the main entrance told us it was fine) and made us sit and wait for another staff member to come. Eventually was instructed to email the tickets to the reception with no clear reason and then taken to the restaurant.
Seated in the restaurant, order taken and served bread rolls. All fine. Food was good. However, the food came unbelievably fast between courses. All in all 3 courses were served to us in 40 minutes maximum. Felt very rushed. Felt like the staff wanted us to leave as soon as possible. Barely finished before the next course was on its way.
Overall very dissatisfied with the experience compared to what I payed. I would not recommend this trip at all.
