First driver was late..then he drove around Dubai for 2hrs picking up people..biggest disappointment the yacht was a boat! ???? it was like taking a boat ride with average food served..period! Total waste of money!

Their availability is never right, they let you make the booking and contact you after to reschedule the booking. They tell you to cancel but then you don’t get a refund. You have to get your money back thru your payment provider. This company won’t help you.

Recommended to us by a friend who had been previously. Great communication by WhatsApp when booked, and again the day before the trip. The captain and deckhand were very helpful, offered to take family photos for us, and the Bluetooth speaker for our own music was appreciated. We did the tour first and then anchored to allow us to swim, before heading back to the Marina. We really enjoyed our trip and was a great way to see Dubai from a different perspective for a couple of hours. We brought our own drinks and snacks but bottled water provided too.
