Mr. Sameh gave us a great tour of Dubai. He was low key, whilst having a great sense of humor. He was also very understanding of the fact that we were quite tired after an overnight flight and even took us for a cup of the most amazing tea (with saffron and milk - very different, but quite delicious and it was better than coffee for a pick me up!)
