Pick up was on time and Driver Mr. Satnam was well behaved and helpful. basin services was good and price is reasonable and most important the team is reachable around the clock.

We didn’t have a guide, it was more of a driver. The driver would drop us off with no explanation of what the place was, and he would just give us 20 minutes to take pictures. It is practical if you are looking for a practican way to get from one place to another, but if you are looking for a guide, this might not be the best option.

Sconsigliati assolutamente;Abbiamo avuto una bruttissima esperienza con quelli della baisan travel. Il pacchetto comprendeva TEORICAMENTE la visita ad Abu Dhabi e alle sue principali attrazioni. La giornata è iniziata nel peggiore dei modi: sono venuti a prenderci con più di mezz ora di ritardo(non scusandosi neanche) arrivando alla prima tappa che era già l ora di pranzo e facendo quindi un veloce giro della Moschea dello Sceicco Zayed( di circa 1.5h); subito dopo veniamo portati ad negozio di vendita di tappeti (tappa non prevista)in cui perderemo 2 ore della nostra giornata..dopodiché per pranzo( con orario ormai inoltrato) ci rechiamo, anziché al Marina Mall come previsto,in un ristorante locale(quindi costretti a mangiare li in quanto non c era altro nei dintorni). Per concludere in bellezza veniamo trasportati come dei polli in un mercato locale di frutta e verdura(anche questa non prevista)...Insomma più  passava il tempo e più deludente era il pacchetto. Una volta riferito tutto,non ci sono venuti incontro e non si sono scusati minimamente per il pessimo comportamento. L unica nota di merito è che sono stati disponibili a farci le foto (nella Moschea ovviamente visto che era l unico posto in cui volevamo essere). EVITATELI COME LA PESTE.
