Groepsexcursie met transfer ophaal. Goede en vriendelijke gids. Wel lange rit. Bezoek Moskee is de moeite waard. Ferrari World is voor de liefhebber van pretparken.

Late start due to others being late. Mosque rushed thru with little or no time almost. Dropped to Ferrari world at 1:30pm Main ride already booked untill 6pm and pick up time to go back set up for 5.40pm. You go to Frerrari world to to this Ride Only and the rest is benefit…. Host good and nice but if you want package that we took better hire car and go to Ferrari World first and do Mosque yourself I believe that others in group having afternoon booked for Abu Dhabi took better option as were guided thru town and other areas

I was very unhappy with my tour from Dubai to Abu Dhabi Mosque with Ferrari world SIC (DXB) with us on 02nd JANUARY 2025 for 01 pax. I will say that the tour guides were polite but the overall service wasn’t the best. First, I tried to confirm my reservation with the guide and although he didn’t see my name on his list, he rushed me to a bus that turned out to be the wrong one. Next, after getting to the right transport vehicle, we left 30 minutes late. The mosque experience was nice but I’d recommend that the guide have something to identify themselves (and not just a raised hand). There were times I felt lost because it was hard to see him. Unfortunately, due to being late, we weren’t given enough time to buy lunch at the mosque and were told we could do so at Ferrari World. Well, when we arrived, the guide split us up by activity groups and told the Ferrari World group to stand in one place and wait for him to return with our tickets. After 20 minutes of waiting (hungry) a group member went to look for our guide who was sitting down eating! He apologized and said he forgot about us. That is unacceptable. We only had enough time to buy lunch and get one ride. Lastly, we were informed by the Ferrari World staff that we needed to reserve a time slot for the Formula Rossa and it was thus booked up while we were there so we couldn’t ride. That was my purpose of choosing this tour. Overall I’m very disappointed. I tried to speak with customer service instead of writing a review but they’ve stopped responding. I wouldn’t recommend this tour. (Booked via Viator but operated by Kurban Tours)
