It took 11 years to complete this immense mosque, which covers over 30 acres of Land. The incredible view of the Grand Mosque will be a feast for your eyes as it combines the cultural diversity of Islamic art with modern architecture and design. The exterior surfaces of the Grand Mosque are covered in Sivec marble from Greece and Macedonia and its main dome is one of the largest mosque-domes in the world. Get to the Mosque to watch its rich traditional designs from floor to ceiling. The mosque offers plenty of attractions, most notable among them are the world’s largest hand-woven carpet and glass panels studded with Swarovski crystals and a lot more beautiful views around the Mosque. After completing the Mosque visit and a few memorable photo sessions, you will be dropped back at your hotel

The Mosque in Abu Dhabi is a magnificent building and a site to see, and not to be missed. However, after seeing some of the ancient mosques, Like the Blue Mosque in Istanbul, it was not as historically interesting as I had hoped. The path to the mosque was through a modern shopping mall and this also took some of the effect away.

We waited for more than 1 hour and no one show up to pick us up. Pls refund asap. It messed up our full day plan.

I was greatly disappointed because we were supposed to leave at 8am and NO ONE called or contacted me to advise that they would be late. I reached out to the individual on Whatsapp 2 or 3 times asking where is the driver. After 8am, I was contacted stating that the driver would arrive at 9am. After the mosque tour, the driver took us to a museum where we were shown carpets and asked if we wanted to purchase. We initially told that driver we DID NOT want to stop and he said it would only take 10 minutes. Turned out to be a ploy for us to purchase.
