Sadly we managed to go on a day when the smog in Dubai was particularly bad. I am sure on nicer days it would have been better. The app on the mobile phone was not very good and kept crashing so we had to use a pc at the hotel to book it. Its a long walk from the metro to the entrance, in fact so long we were almost late. Better signage from the nearest metro station would also be a much needed improvement. The queues are very long and you need to take that into account.
