    This company told us that the tickets are available so we bought it on my mothers birthday as a gift but when we arrived there the works told us that the tickets are not valid. When we called the tour agency they told us “sorry we forgot to inform you that the tickets are unavailable for your chosen day” so we were left without any experience on my mother’s birthday.

    Our timing to visit Burj Khalifa was rescheduled by trip advisor / local collaborator which affected our whole day program. After trip advisor sent confirmation vouchers, we are supposed to get final e- tickets from trip advisor's local partner, I had to follow up and I got e- tickets approx. 4 hours prior to scheduled time slot. The experience at the Burj Khalifa is amazing and stunning. You get 2 different views at floor 124 and 125, You need at least 2 hours to enjoy views from different spots.

    The tower is really great to visit. The view is amazing. It’s a good experience. It was a disappointment that the time we had reserved wasn’t available. We got a message from the organization on the day we had the reservation. We though it already was arranged because we bought the tickets 2 weeks before. That was a bummer!
