We offer pickup from any hotel in Dubai. For pickups from a residence or apartment, a private vehicle booking is required.

Pick-up times vary throughout the year based on sunrise times. As a general guideline, expect pickup between 6:30 am and 7:00 am.

What a wonderful journey to explore the desert near Dubai! Roberta was an excellent and engaging guide, and was very knowledgeable about the area and animals there. And the breakfast was fantastic also. Highly recommended ????

Excellent communication from the company before our experience, with pick up time at the hotel and driver details. Duncan was super friendly, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with during our tour of the conservation area and throughout the experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast at the desert resort with lovely views and friendly service. We would highly recommend this morning package to both couples and families and we will definitely be using Heritage again for future experiences whilst in Dubai.

It was great to get out of the city and into the desert. We had a great day of driving around the animal preserve. Lunch was at a high rated resort where we had a table overlooking an oasis. The food was delicious and bountiful. We found our guide to be informative and entertaining.
