Scammers, didn’t provide the sand boarding and the guide acted like forgot it. No refund was offered and very rude representative on WhatsApp. The guide was a nice guy and my brother had forgotten his very expensive glasses in the camp and then went again for him and found it. Good food the trip is a scam, don’t book.

Scammers be careful!!! We booked the safari evening red dune, the dune bashing was 10 minutes not 20 as we agreed. Also they didn’t give us chance to see the sunset or take picture of it or try the sand boarding (sand ski) which was the most we were excited about. We also paid for vip service and were seated on regular tables. When we contacted the company for a refund they told us they won’t give us anything and denied all of what they did. And they told us the sand boarding is per request not for all but the problem is that we asked the guid and he told us that we will do it later. So we actually requested it but didn’t get it. Save you money and go with other company.
