Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel during the pick up time. the time when you get to the lobby for pick up just inform to the concierge or reception person at hotel lobby that you are waiting for pick up. as our driver will approach to the concierge or reception desk at first attempt to locate you in lobby.
2. In case if you are at port kindly wait in the waiting hall of the port reception during the pick up time.
3. Pick up time commence 30 minutes prior to the activity starts.

    It is great experience but for vegan like me it becomes limiting. I wish they start curating their menu for vegan and vegetarian people. I was wondering what should I order whereas people with me didn't have any problem. Also, it is good for one time visit or may be once in a while but probably not worth frequently.

    Un'esperienza fantastica. Cibo al buffet superlativo, personale attentissimo e non invadente., spettacolo delle fontane incomparabile. Un'unica osservazione: i formaggi erano tutti francesi, nemmeno uno italiano.

    The food was great and the service outstanding. Prem Tamang has done an amazing job making our experience fantastic and unforgettable. The view from the terrace is also beautiful. Thank you and looking forward to being back!
