Horrible experience. Our flight got cancelled and even though I notified the tour representative 24 hours prior of a request to modify the arrival, I was still charged. I didn’t request to cancel due to airline issues, I only requested arrival 2 days after my initial request. When I finally received a response it was notification that a full refund or a date modification was not allowed.
