Chaotic check in. We were efficiently sent tickets via Viator, but the man scanning said 1 was not yet valid and to contact our agent. After much grafting, they worked out they had scanned both! Eventually. The underwater tank walk stunning but just the walkway. The upstairs zoo was excellent
