Traveler pickup is offered

We offer pickup from any hotel in Dubai. For pickups from a residence or apartment, a private vehicle booking is required. Pick-up times vary throughout the year based on sunset times.
Generally, expect pickup between 2:00 pm and 4:30 pm. We will confirm your exact pick-up time via email or phone call around noon on the day of your excursion. If you do not hear from us, please contact us at +971 4 412 6333 or WhatsApp +971 54 425 4995.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Fabulous evening with our wonderful guide, Amjad, who provided great courtesy and kindness to our group in March. This was one of the most memorable tours of our trip. Everything was perfect from the weather to the excellent food and Land Rover rides over the beautiful terrain completed by a most beautiful sunset during Ramadan. Nothing was too much trouble for the guides, and we are grateful they made our visit well worth it. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic experience, we can 200% recommend. Of course a bit touristy, but hey, we are tourists here… All staff are extremely friendly (special thanks to Ali!), unlike in other tours you are not constantly asked to pay for anything, really all the offer in their package is included. Pics are extra, but even those are priced very reasonable. Atmosphere was great, evening was marvelous, any time we would do it again! Ah, and the food was delicious…
