I was amazed at how quickly the staff got the balloon blown up and was glad we got to witness this as well. Ours was the first air born and we cruised at a low altitude for a bit witch helped acclimate us. The staff, especially the captain was very informative, reassuring and funny. We had very good wind condition that day so the balloon floated on air and we saw the beautiful sunrise. What a great experience. Highly recommend it.

This was by far the best experience. They Picked me up and took me to the location site. Was very informative prior to boarding the hot air and the ride was so smooth and relaxing.
