The booking and confirmation was for an 8pm departure but we left at 9.10pm. There were no hand sanitizers. The toilets had damaged seats and no toilet paper. There was no commentary or tea/coffee. The food was poor. The fact that the staff were nice and the dancer amazing did not make up for everything else being so bad.

Great boat tour. Amazing views from the top of the boat deck. Staff were really friendly. We got a free soft drink each as we booked online while we wasn’t aware of this so was a nice little extra treat.
