  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Great service…. Our flight was delayed and was an hour late landing but they were there waiting! Couldn’t have picked a better company for transportation!

I booked a return Dubai airport transfer via Emirates. I paid the required sum and thought I had return transfers arranged. 3 weeks before travel I was advised by a company called ‘Cartrawler’ they could not honour my booking due to ‘supplier issues’ and my payment would be credited to my credit card within 10days. I was advised to rebook - at a higher price! I tried to contact Emirates, with whom I believed I had booked, they told me they couldn’t help and to contact Emirates Airlines. I spent hours trying to contact the Emirates Customer Service - when I was connected I was put on hold for 45 minutes! After 7 days my payment had not been credited. Do not book a transfer via the Emirates website. This is not a reputable transfer and Emirates will deny responsibility. Cartrawler has an awful reputation when you investigate online, but at the time of booking Emirates do not advise you who your booking is actually with.
