DO NOT waste your time with this company, we booked the trip weeks before our trip to Dubai, on the day of the trip we got up as planned at 4.15 for a 5am collection. At 5.15am I rang the number and no answer at 5.30 I rang the number no answer, so I decided to call another helpline and was told it was cancelled without no prior notification or refund still chasing the refund. There are others advertised with local Dubai help desks my suggestion is try these first as this companies help line is a USA phone so cost me £23 to also make the calls / so not only was the trip cancelled it cost me money and an early morning start for no reason. Avoid at all costs
