  • Adults are guests 12 years old and above, children are guests 5-11 years old and infants are guests below 5 years old
  • Our safari vehicles are long wheelbase off-road cars that are fitted with seat belts, roll cages and air-conditioning, and are licensed to carry up to six passengers, excluding the driver. By law, all passengers must wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion
  • For the safety of our younger passengers in the off-road vehicles, special seating is required and must be requested and booked in advance
  • Child seat is required for 2 to 4-year-olds and/or 105cm – 125cm . For this age group, an exclusive vehicle must be booked. Please request a booster seat, if your child fits into this category. Please note that if this is not pre-booked, then we will not be able to operate the safari without the booster seat
  • Booster cushion is required for children above 5 years and/or under 135cms. For this age group, shared vehicle can be booked
  • Our safari guides are trained in first aid and carry first aid kits. Guides carry mobile phones and radios and vehicles are fitted with GPS
  • Seating is not pre-allocated. During safaris, seating for passengers in one vehicle will be rotated
  • We recommend that all passengers read our Safety Card which is available with the driver/guide in the vehicle before proceeding on our tours.
  • Our safaris are conducted only in English
  • Our safaris involve off-road driving through rugged country, which adds to the excitement of the tour. However, because of the adventurous nature and the rough terrain covered, you should not participate if your health or any pre-existing medical conditions (including heart ailments neck or back problems) may be adversely affected
  • Vegetarian options and kids meals are available. Please advise at the time of booking if required
  • Arabian Adventures supports the zero plastic initiative and single-use plastic is not used at our campsite. Instead glasses and water dispensers are available at the bar
  • Dress code: modest dress, comfortable and closed shoes are recommended
  • Belly dancing is not available during Ramadan and will be replaced by a Tanoura dancer
  • During Ramadan, experience the tradition of Iftar (breaking of fast) at sunset with traditional dates, hibiscus drink, sparkling date juice and a favourite - Vimto juice - in a picturesque setting on a dune
  • Our team on the ground will not be able to contact you if you are unavailable at the pick-up point at the designated date and time.
  • Should your excursion include transfers from and to your hotel, our Guide will meet you in the hotel's main lobby. Please ensure you are in the lobby at least 15 minutes before your confirmed pick-up time and inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour or Safari.
  • Please note that the pick-up time for your tour will depend on your location, please reconfirm your pick-up location and time, by calling call us on + 971 800 272 2426 or sending us a WhatsApp +971 42748803 at least 24 hours before your booked excursion.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

We were picked ahead of time by Mr. Anoop. He was very helpful and took lot of pictures to make the evening memorable. The dune bashing and Sand boarding was loved by the kids!! The sunset was wonderful with a drink. He gave some tips to take photos also (iOS and Android too) as additional bonus. The Dinner was good. Since it was month of Ramadan we had only one Traditional Dance… could have intimated us earlier about this change or could have tried to add some other program… to compensate for the change. Even with all the fun Anoop tried to maintain the time so we could see the SUNSET and finish all the activities. Would definitely Recommend them to everyone. !!!! All the best to the team
