First time ever in Dubai and it was great Dubai Trp. Starting with the first day our dubai city tour guide name was Hasan. He spoke English very well and knew all of us on the tour by name. He was patient and exciting.Thanks Team

On March 13,2019 I booked this tour on line for March 15,2019 because they offered hotel pick up. On March 14,2019 I received a text from the tour company that they have my booking. When I asked them what time was my pick up they told me that they could not pick me up because it was Friday, but that they could pick me up on Saturday. I told them that I was leaving on Friday for them to credit me for the tour. As of today I have not received a credit. If they could not pick me up on a Friday why wasn’t told to me before I was charged $70?
