Had a good experience and the guide was very good ???????? However we thought we went from the mosque to the dessert, but we got dropped off back at the hotel after the mosque to get picked up again after 2 hours

Wir haben uns sehr auf diesen Ausflug gefreut, insbesondere auf die Wüstensafari. Allerdings hat nur der erste Teil, der Besuch der Moschee stattgefunden. Was uns hier negativ aufgestoßen ist, ist das wir vor dem Besuch der Moschee an einem Museum/Verkaufsladen rausgelassen wurden. Hier wollte uns der Verkäufer irgendwelche Sachen andrehen. Dies hat uns nur Zeit gekostet und kam sehr unseriös rüber. Das Schlimmste jedoch ist, dass die Wüstentour nicht stattgefunden hat. Wir fragten unseren Fahrer, nach dem Besuch der Moschee, wie es jetzt weitergehen würde, aber er hatte keinerlei Ahnung davon, dass wir noch eine Wüstensafari inkludiert haben. Er hat uns dann wieder am Hotel rausgelassen mit dem Appell dem Tour-Operator zu schreiben. Dies haben wir getan, jedoch, seit jetzt 2 Tagen keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Auch vom Veranstalter Viator hieß es, wir sollen auf die Rückmeldung des Tour-Operators warten, da dieser jetzt für dieses Problem zuständig ist. Haltet euch lieber von diesem Veranstalter fern und bucht lieber eine etwas teurere Tour über GetyourGuide etc.. Wir hoffen, dass wir jetzt wenigstens unser Geld zurückbekommen!

Excellent service and tour. On time on pickup and very enjoyable trip. Excellent driving in the dune ride. Finish off with a show and nice buffet meal in the desert
