  • Carrying original photo ID (Passport, Driving License or Emirates Id) is mandatory. If you are not able to produce Original ID you will not be allowed to board helicopter, and it will be considered as no show (no refund or rescheduling of flight)
  • The time you selected is not the original time. Time will differ by plus / minus (+/-) 60 minutes.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

So apparently VooTours are not able to abide by the booking times mentioned in Viator website, as soon as i booked the heli tour for 2:30, they have reached out to me via whatsapp to change the timings of the tour which forced me to change my travel plans which resulted in me and my wife missing the heli tour.

Everythings was wonderful, but we did not know how to obtain the transportation...so we had to purchase a taxi.
