I paid my tour online and they texted me by whatsapp saying that there was no availability, so I requested refund and never respond until now that just denied my refund without explanation, I never cancel my reservation, they simply didn't have availability and took my money, becarwful

We had a great mornign getting a taste of old and new Dubai, with our guide Noor and our driver Prakesh. The tour provided a great introduction to Dubai and provided insight on the history of Dubai. We were greatly entertained by Noor who has a great depth of knowledge.
