We had a blast! The desert trip, the evening event and the overnight stay were unforgettable. Tariq is a highly skilled driver, he’s caring and passionate about sharing his culture - most importantly: he’s absolutely hilarious! The camp seems very authentic and the food was tasty. Thanks Tariq for this remarkable event! We will come back!

There was an entirely preventable incident in which I was left behind and therefore unable to experience the overnight safari. I requested a refund. I have called and emailed their office since 30 December 2018 and am not given the time of day. I call, and they "transfer" me to someone else and the call "is disconnected". I email and either do not receive a response or receive false promises that "we'll get back to you soon" or "we'll begin processing your refund this week". This has gone on for two full months. I am growing weary. I imagine that they're waiting for me to go away, but I won't. I will continue to contact them every single week until the refund is granted. I spent far too much money and time to allow this to slide. This company's customer service is extremely negligent, unresponsive, and unprofessional. It's a wonder they're in business at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE A DIFFERENT TOUR COMPANY. I was able to do a safari with a more reputable company (AA) and had the time of my life. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS TOUR COMPANY.
