Traveler pickup is offered

We offer pickup from any hotel in Dubai. For pickups from a residence or apartment, a private vehicle booking is required. Pick-up times vary throughout the year based on sunset times.
Generally, expect pickup between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. We will confirm your exact pick-up time via email or phone call around noon on the day of your excursion. If you do not hear from us, please contact us at +971 4 412 6333 or WhatsApp +971 54 425 4995.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

We just did our second luxury safari with Platinum Heritage and cannot recommend it enough! This is truly one of the most special things we have ever had the privilege of experiencing. Byron, our guide, was excellent. He is kind, prompt, professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect experience! He saw to our every need and truly thought of everything. Ramzi, our server, was wonderful. The whole team is absolutely lovely, the property is gorgeous and the experience is overwhelming. We will return time and again!

Hands down the best experience I've had!!!! Every part of the experience is well thought out, organised and executed. The dining experience was excellent!! Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. The entertainment at the end of the evening was the icing on the cake! A huge thank you to Lionel, our professional and well informed guide and the entire Hero team for taking very good care of us throughout this experience. This is an amazing experience not to be missed!

A desert safari with so much more, from the pick up to drop a fantastic day out. The food was outstanding and service very good. Nice we extras and gifts to make this a memorable trip for my wife and I. The staff were all very helpful and made the trip as well. Overall delighted we paid that bit extra
