Traveler pickup is offered

We offer pickup from any hotel in Dubai. For pickups from a residence or apartment, a private vehicle booking is required. Pick-up times vary throughout the year based on sunset times.
Generally, expect pickup between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. We will confirm your exact pick-up time via email or phone call around noon on the day of your excursion. If you do not hear from us, please contact us at +971 4 412 6333 or WhatsApp +971 54 425 4995.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This experience was 10/10 - and although everything was amazing from the drive, the food and the camp, what I really wanted to take a moment to acknowledge was the amazing guide, Oscar, that accompanied us from start to finish. He picked us up from Atlantis, The Palm and instantly was so socially approachable. He made sure we were comfortable, drove safe and explained so much in great detail about the experience and Dubai as a whole. I feel like spending time with him alone made me appreciate our trip to Dubai SO much more. He honestly made the day so amazing for my wife and I and I am just so thankful for his talks and care. Highly recommend requesting him for your experience. He's the man!
