Traveler pickup is offered

We offer pickup from any hotel in Dubai. For pickups from a residence or apartment, a private vehicle booking is required. Pick-up times vary throughout the year based on sunset times.
Generally, expect pickup between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. We will confirm your exact pick-up time via email or phone call around noon on the day of your excursion. If you do not hear from us, please contact us at +971 4 412 6333 or WhatsApp +971 54 425 4995.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This experience was great, Tour guide was super nice but I felt the whole tour didn’t meet up with its high price tag. I wonder where the tours for under half the price would be more exciting. Had a great time but just lacked something, for the crazy high price.

This is our second time to visit platinum desert safari. Our guide Amir was the best! He made sure everything is comfortable especially to my kids. He shared so much of his knowledge and gave us enough time to take photos. Thank you Amir for the great experience. See you soon!????

We just did our second luxury safari with Platinum Heritage and cannot recommend it enough! This is truly one of the most special things we have ever had the privilege of experiencing. Byron, our guide, was excellent. He is kind, prompt, professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect experience! He saw to our every need and truly thought of everything. Ramzi, our server, was wonderful. The whole team is absolutely lovely, the property is gorgeous and the experience is overwhelming. We will return time and again!
