Traveler pickup is offered

We offer pickup from any hotel in Dubai. For pickups from a residence or apartment, a private vehicle booking is required. Pick-up times vary throughout the year based on sunset times.
Generally, expect pickup between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. We will confirm your exact pick-up time via email or phone call around noon on the day of your excursion. If you do not hear from us, please contact us at +971 4 412 6333 or WhatsApp +971 54 425 4995.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This tour is beyond amazing. My husband and I went for our 15th wedding anniversary and it exceeded our expectations. I would strongly recommend coming to this tour (any of the options) over any other desert tour. Thank you to Jovan our guide.
