Traveler pickup is offered

We offer pickup from any hotel in Dubai. For pickups from a residence or apartment, a private vehicle booking is required. Pick-up times vary throughout the year based on sunset times.
Generally, expect pickup between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. We will confirm your exact pick-up time via email or phone call around noon on the day of your excursion. If you do not hear from us, please contact us at +971 4 412 6333 or WhatsApp +971 54 425 4995.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This was by far the best birthday experience we had in Dubai! Everything was perfect from the pick-up experience, falconry, photography, star gazing, fire and acrobat show and of course the food! What made it even more special was how Nizar our guide greeted us and made sure we got the best out of our trip! He was so polite, knowledgeable and so much fun to talk to! The photography team were top class! The photos, and video (which were shared on the same trip!) were amazing. And of course, let’s not forget Baro from Togo. He made our dining experience so enjoyable- he was so much fun and attended our every need. Thank you to the entire team for making this a great experience. I would highly recommend this to everyone. Worth every penny!

What a fantastic day!! Everything was first class. Attention to detail and - everyone made our experience memorable. We would recommend this tour to everyone! Our guide, each of the staff at different experiences was incredible and the meal was outstanding!
