Experience the desert at its most mystical and tranquil, as the sun rises and enjoy a dune drive on a 3-4 hour trip from Dubai.Watch the desert come alive as your driver takes you on a dune drive. After roaming the desert, drive to watch the protected indigenous wildlife such as Desert Gazelle and Arabian Oryx. Then a quick drive to Al Qudra Lakes part of the Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve. Across the series of lakes at Al Qudra, you can enjoy a picnic or a leisurely ride.   • Children aged 4.99 years and under are not allowed to join the Tour.
  • Pickup will be in a Private 4x4 Land Cruiser with up to 5 people per land Cruiser
  • Dress code: lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality sunglasses are advised. Hats are advisable when in direct sunlight.
  • Guests visiting the UAE during the Summer months (June – September) are advised that peak daytime temperatures sometimes reach 42 – 45 degrees Celsius. Humidity levels can also exceed 90 percent during this period. We recommend all our guests to take adequate precaution.
  • The Dubai desert can get cooler in the evenings during winter, so we recommend you bring a light jacket and closed shoes. Please wear sports shoes for safe sand boarding.
  • Meeting Arabian Oryx is not guaranteed (there is a low probability that Arabian Oryx will not available at the feeding station)
  • Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
  • The local tour operator reserves the right to cancel any part of the scheduled programs because of government decisions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other similar circumstances.
  • The duration of the actual tour takes 3 – 4 hour but the driving time from Dubai hotel and return may take another 60 – 90 minutes depending on traffic conditions and time of day.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Musthafa was very kind, knowledgeable, and made sure that we were ok at all times. The desert is beautiful, we got to see many animals, the provided breakfast was good, and the sandboarding and dune bashing were a lot of fun. Just know that 'private' means that you have a private vehicle, but that there are other tourists at the breakfast. In our case it was not expected but turned out to be fine. All in all a very nice experience, thank you!

Es war ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Fahrt durch die Dünen war abenteuerreich, der Sonnenaufgang in der Wüste wunderschön und das Sandboarden hat viel Spaß gemacht. Die Fahrer haben sich jederzeit sehr viel Mühe gegeben und ich würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Loved the peaceful sunrise! It was a bit hazy so it wasn't a dramatic sunrise but it was a gorgeous way to see the desert... spotted gazelles, oryx and even a rabbit, which was unexpected. Lots of birds and birds singing by the lake. Javeed was really helpful and informative and an excellent driver! The dune bashing was great fun and my son loved the sand boarding. Very well organised. Would highly recommend!
